HSK Sähkö Ltd has bought a share of Joupet Ltd.
- We have long lasting deals on subterranean cabling which includes among others, earthworks. With this conclusion we secure work’s quality and amount because now we have a firm partner. Certainly we will still need other subcontractors as also until this, says MD Hannu Kauppi.
- We have cooperated with Joupet Ltd already for years so we knew their know-how and that the equipment of the company also is suitable for our needs. The trade indeed strengthens the position of HSK Sähkö in network building and infrastructure building. We can offer the customers more versatile service in future than before, the managing director continues.
Brothers Jouni and Petri Myllylä founded the Joupet Ltd in 2009. Later the third brother, Jarkko also joined to be a shareholder. All three continue as shareholders and as workers of the company.
- In 2009 we began with district heating –building and we got new customers and contracts that way. We have for example special know-how of the edges and roads undercrossing and melting of the frost which we can utilize more effectively together than before, the MD of Joupet Ltd Petri Myllylä says. Joupet Ltd employs about 12 persons and the turnover of the company was about a million euros last year.
An alliance of two family businesses
HSK Sähkö Oy is Hannu and Johanna Kauppi’s family business founded in Kalajoki 2004. In 2009 Andament Ltd became HSK’s part-owner and two years later HSK became a part of corporation Andament Group Ltd. In HSK Sähkö Ltd’s action the industrial safety and quality and the developing of it are emphasized in addition to a good result. The company has offices in Kalajoki, in Ylivieska and in Rovaniemi.
Andament Group operates widely on the area of infrastructure building. In addition to HSK Sähkö, other Andament Group’s subsidiaries are Andament Ltd, Suomen Maastorakentajat Ltd, NeVia Ltd, SL Asfaltti Ltd and WeldOne Ltd.
