Rakennus Kartio is constructing the Asunto Oy Herrain Hiekat apartment house and it will be finished by autumn 2015. Ensto’s high-quality pieces of electricity furnitures are installed in the target.

The building is located between Spa Hotel Sanifani and Jukupark. There will be 41 flats, included several different size apartments from smaller one-room flats to grand apartments. Every apartment has a sauna and a glazed balcony.
